CARNAGE Trial Evidence Cheatsheet
Keep this open when a body hits the floor.
This is the pocket card for CARNAGE Trials. It assumes you already know the win condition from how to play. If you need the essay, open Trials. If you need killer prep, open Blackened.
Print it in your head as four blocks: find, read, speak, vote.
Find — report and drag
- Hold Q or E, or hold the UI, to report or drag.
- Press S to walk while dragging.
- Tapping does nothing. If the prompt fails, skip dialogue (E / Space / Enter / click) and try again.
- Full bind table: controls.
Report if you are Spotless and unsure. Drag only if you already have a story.
Read — blood, drops, sound

Nurse: exact time + weapon after inspect. Programmer: can fake cause and time. Photographer: snapshot before cleanup. Maid: cleans body blood. Mop: cleans floor, locks item slot while dirty. Chemist: pink food = C9. Details: abilities and weapons tier.
Speak — bullets
- Q / E or touch the gun: change bullet mode.
- Hold R: change loaded evidence.
- Debater: extra bullet, longer turn. Do not dump ammo in the first sentence.
- Say room + window + one object. Do not say “he’s sus.”
Xebeth Files are a starting claim. Motive letters explain a forced kill; they do not excuse a Gun in a crowded hall.
Vote — majority and the tax
- Majority hangs the Blackened.
- Missed vote: Blackened lives and may kill someone who voted wrong.
- Supreme Leader: vote ×2 after reveal. Ask why they revealed now.
- Correct Spotless votes and a surviving Blackened both earn coins.
If the room is split, a wrong-vote execution can shrink the lobby without another corpse. That is a feature, not a bug.
Common Trial mistakes
- Voting first, then inventing a story. Speak one fact, then vote.
- Treating a clean floor as “no kill.” Maid and a mop exist. Ask who cleaned.
- Accusing whoever held a static weapon. Tasks print those. Pair the find with blood and sound.
- Dumping every bullet before the Blackened talks. Save one for the contradiction.
- Ignoring hunger deaths and C4 self-kills. Not every body is a murder you can hang.
If two stories fit the same blood pattern, use last-seen and furniture return. A Gun that vanished after a disconnect is not the same as a Gun someone still holds. The weapons tier table is the longer version of the blood column above.
Role-specific glances
- Nurse: inspect before you talk. Time plus weapon beats a vibe.
- Photographer: snap the room before someone mops. A photo survives a clean floor.
- Programmer: if your file disagrees with Nurse, expect a second inspect. Do not over-explain.
- Debater: extra bullet is for the last lie, not the first sentence.
- Supreme Leader: reveal when the double vote actually swings majority, not at spawn.
These glances do not replace abilities. They tell you which row of this card to trust first.

The finish line is still three living players including you. Do not treat one successful hang as the match. Return to how to win or rotate to map and tasks for the next chapter’s alibi.
